Subscription Fees - Cline Law Firm

Membership involves a three year subscription is charged to the organization on a per member, per month rate. Organization fees are a sliding scale, based on the organization’s size:

Enrollment provides the organization both information and service privileges. The Subscription provides access to Internet based information access, database reports and direct legal services.  The amount of direct services is based on service hours available. Service hours are equal to value of 2/3 of the subscription fee. The other 1/3 of subscription fee pays for information access.  Service hours are charged under the firm’s hourly rates:

Time to produce database reports is charged at the Senior Paralegal rate. If the prepaid service hours are exhausted, further time is allowed at a 20% discount.

Example: A Guild with 60 members pays $5.00 per member per month. This total cost is $300 per month and $10,800 for the term of the three year subscription.  $7,236 of the $10,800 is set aside for direct services. Assuming the average hourly rate for the particular mix of services requested is $200 per hour, the subscription provides 36.18 hours of direct service. If that time is exhausted, additional time allowed at 20% discounted rate.
